Hello! My name is Olivia. I live in a beautiful 100m² house with a large garden 🌳, and I rent out a fully furnished 11m² room. The house is located in Villejuif (Epi d'Or neighborhood). I am 59 years old, and I have a 30-year-old daughter who works and lives with me.
This room is reserved for a student who is coming to France solely for the purpose of their studies. Erasmus students welcome.
The room is located on the 1st floor with a garden view and is fully equipped:

Smoking is permitted but only in the dining room and the garden.
I do not accept APL (government aid to accommodation)
Rent: 600 euros per month, payable between the 1st and the 3rd of each month
