Shared accommodation, 10m2 room in Vanves

Good morning! I'm looking for a new housemate to share my comfortable apartment in Vanves (next to 15eme). It is a 70m² 2-bedroom apartment located on 1st floor with an elevator. There is a balcony, garden outside, and a basement too. Fully furnished common areas and a recently renovated bathroom. The room is 10 m² with a built-in 2 big closets, it comes with a wall mirror, light, and chair. It is available now or from 01/12/2026. About the shared places, the kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine), balcony and of course heating in every room of it. About me, I am a 33 years old, photographer and guide from Greece living with my dog, Danilo – he is very calm and social. Pets are welcome as long as everyone gets along. The rent is 760 €/month, electricity is 50 € and also we have a cleaner: 65 € each (comes twice a month and cleans all shared areas — not the bedrooms). The place is 3 min walking from Gare de Clamart (line N), there are 3 bus stops too (if you want to go to line 12, line C rer), it is 10-12 min walking from the last stop of line 12, Marie d'Issy. There is a lidl supermarket 3 min walking and a monoprix next to Gare de Clamart. I am looking for somoene who is working here, calm, clean, respectful, looking to stay long term (1 year +).
