Room for rent in a 3-room apartment starting July 6th

As an architect and urban planner, I am offering a room for rent (to a young woman only) in a bright, three-room apartment with no overlooking neighbors. The apartment includes access to the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and the living room (for meals only). The room is available from July 6th for a short-term stay of one to four months. I am looking for a young woman, either an intern or currently employed.
