ROOM IN A PRIVATE HOME PARIS 12 BERCY NATION DAUMESNIL
I am renting a room in an apartment on the 6th and top floor with an elevator. The building is very quiet and secure: entry code, intercom, and a 5-point locking security door. The room in my home in the 12th arrondissement of Paris is 150 meters from the Dugommier metro station and all shops. The room includes a desk, a wardrobe, closets, a mezzanine bed, a sofa, and internet access. Duvets, bed linen, and towels are provided. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. I provide all cooking utensils, dishes, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, etc. I clean the common areas, and the apartment is kept clean. The rent is €950 all-inclusive (heating, electricity, and Wi-Fi). This is not a shared apartment; we are very independent from each other.
If you are interested the room is free from July 5 to September 31. This may be a springboard for more appropriate research in Paris.
