My name is Claudia, I am 31 years old and I come from Barcelona.
I have lived in Tokyo for almost 2 years and I am moving to Paris again this July for a permanent position in the culture, cinema and XR technology sector. This is why I am looking for a accommodation long-term.
I'm a movie buff, I really like going to exhibitions, making collages and drawing. I love discovering restaurants, seeing friends and traveling!
I specialize in Japan, cinema and cultural studies and I speak French, English, Spanish, Catalan and a little Japanese.
I am a rather diurnal person, I prefer to do activities during the day. I am clean and I have a lot of respect for common areas. I have a lot of experience in roommate because I previously shared apartments in Paris, Tokyo, Berlin and London, so I also have experience living with people from different cultures.
I am a rather calm person, I like to share interests and do activities together and at the same time respect each other's time and personal space.

BEDROOM AT HOME PARIS 12 BERCY NATION DAUMESNIL
I rent a room in a apartment on the 6th and last floor with elevator. The building is very quiet and secure: code, intercom and 5-point armored door. The homestay in Paris XII is 150 meters from the Dugommier metro station and all the shops. In the room there is a desk, a wardrobe, cupboards, a mezzanine bed, a sofa and internet. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. I provide all kitchen utensils, dishes, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc. I clean the common areas and the apartment is clean. The rent is €950 all charges included (heating, EDF and WIFI). It's not a shared accommodation, we are very independent of each other.
