A few basic rules of etiquette are welcome, such as saying hello and exchanging pleasantries to create a good atmosphere. Living in a shared apartment is about communal living!

Room Rules:
– No meals in the room because it gets dirty and brings insects, there is a living room where you can eat, which creates a bit of social life by talking about your day and your life in Paris, your projects etc.
– I clean the room regularly (I take care of the rest of the apartment). A cleaning lady comes every 15 days.
– Leave common areas as clean as you found them.
– Cleanliness and respect for the premises are required

There is a swimming pool on the banks of the Seine in Alfortville, with a wellness area (hammam, sauna, hot bath, solarium and view of the Seine), not in the residence.

If single woman + 1 child: extra bed possible.
