Student room

Hello hello,

I rent a bedroom for a student or an employee. Close to Créteil University and Maisons-Alfort Veterinary School.

There are two cats in theapartment, if you are allergic to it, this rental is not for you, sorry…

Room Rules:
– No meals in the room because it gets dirty and brings insects, there is a living room where you can eat, which creates a bit of social life by talking about your day and your life in Paris, your projects etc.
– Clean the room regularly (I take care of the rest of the apartment).
– Leave common areas as clean as you found them.
– Cleanliness required and respect for the premises

(No men, women roommates).
Large double bed, work table, cupboards and storage, Internet.

Charges included (electricity, heating, wifi)

Bail mandatory: 1 month's rent (no rental without security deposit).
