Room or apartment since January

I am a young active Italian woman, I am 30 years old 🙂 I am going to settle in Paris since January / February. I am looking for a bedroom in shared accommodation or a long stay since midday January ideally (but I am flexible).

I have had several experiences in shared accommodation in France and Italy. I am very relaxed to live in, I would like a House with conviviality (a few beers or dinner together) and respect for spaces. I speak a little French, English and Italian.

I'm looking in the 14th or 20th but I'm flexible.
