L'apartment is very close to the Tuileries garden and metro and all the shops are nearby as well as the Louvre, the Opera, the Palais-Royal and the Place Vendôme.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared and a corridor serves all the rooms making them independent of each other. The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator. The neighborhood is pleasant. I am absent most of the year.
