Student looking for accommodation in Paris quickly.

Good morning,

My name is Brenda and I am currently a student in luxury marketing at ESG Luxe Paris. I am also a trainee buyer at Cosfibel Group in Levallois-Perret, with remuneration of 850 euros per month.

To guarantee the security of your rent, my parents act as guarantors for the rental. In addition, I am eligible for the Visale guarantee.

I am a serious, respectful, and tidy tenant, ready to maintain the apartment carefully. A non-smoker, I commit to respecting the building's rules.

Thanks for your consideration. I remain at your disposal for any additional information and to organize a visit to the accommodation.

Sincerely,
