My name is Thomas Dubois, I am 23 years old and from the South-West. After my BAC +5 in sports management, I have just landed my first permanent contract in Vanves. I have already lived in Paris As part of my studies and a job at the French Football Federation, I also lived in a shared apartment in Dublin. I really enjoyed this living arrangement, which is why I'd like to join a shared apartment in Paris.
Concerning myself, I am a big sports fan (mainly football and padel), I really like cooking and above all I love meeting new people and activities. (Apparently) I'm quite funny aha, and I'm very open-minded. I also specify that I am a non-smoker and that I do not have any pets.

I am renting a room in an apartment on the 6th and top floor with an elevator. The building is very quiet and secure: entry code, intercom, and a 5-point locking security door. The room in my home in the 12th arrondissement of Paris is 150 meters from the Dugommier metro station and all shops. The room includes a desk, a wardrobe, closets, a mezzanine bed, a sofa, and internet access. Duvets, bed linen, and towels are provided. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. I provide all cooking utensils, dishes, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, etc. I clean the common areas, and the apartment is kept clean. The rent is €950 all-inclusive (heating, electricity, and Wi-Fi). This is not a shared apartment; we are very independent from each other.
If you are interested, the room is free from July 5 to August 31, which can be a geographical springboard for your roommate search.
