Looking for accommodation

Hello, my name is Bifina. I am a student at SKEMA Business School, currently living in France for the past two years. I am looking for a long-term, stable accommodation in a calm and respectful environment that allows me to focus on my studies.

I am a serious, organized, and responsible person, accustomed to living independently and in shared housing. I am a non-smoker, I do not drink alcohol, and I take great care of the place where I live. Cleanliness, respect for common areas, and good communication are very important to me.

Alongside my studies, I work part-time at McDonald's in Paris, which provides me with regular income. I do not have a personal guarantor, but I benefit from the Visale guarantee, and I can provide a complete application file (Visale certificate, proof of income, enrollment certificate).

I am flexible, quiet, and respectful of house rules, and I would be very happy to live in a friendly, well-maintained home. I am available to move immediately or from mid-January, depending on availability.
