We are three 27-year-old friends looking for an entire apartment to rent for a shared accommodation in Paris, ideally right bank (10th, 11th, 12th, 17th, 18th, 19th arrondissements).

– Victor VACHER: Financial auditor at KPMG, permanent contract with no trial period (€3,000 net/month).
– Mathieu ROYANT: Sales representative at Workday, permanent contract with no trial period (€3,600 net/month).
– Simon LE BARS: Formerly a salesperson, actively seeking employment but with solid guarantors (associated documents attached)

We are looking for a furnished 4-room apartment (3 bedrooms + living room) ideally with a surface area ranging from 65 to 100m² for a rent of between €2,400 and €3,600 including charges.

We are a stable group of friends who appreciate our tranquility and harmony, are serious and have a complete file ready to be submitted (employment contracts, pay slips, guarantors).
