Looking for a roommate (Paris city center) – Beginning of August

My name is François and I am looking for a nice flatshare for the start of the academic year.
I am starting my second year of Master's studies at ENS e, I am used to shared accommodation, I have lived in several cities, including abroad, in Germany.
Mixed and/or international roommates don't bother me at all, on the contrary, I love the diversity of profiles!
What I'm looking for:
Budget: €800 maximum, all inclusive (charges, internet, etc.).
Available: immediately
Location: In Paris within the city limits, ideally in lively and vibrant neighborhoods so you can go out and enjoy yourself.
My vision of shared living: I enjoy sharing convivial moments (drinks, impromptu meals, movie nights) as much as respecting everyone's privacy and peace and quiet. Logistically, I'm clean, organized, and respecting common areas is a given for me.
