Looking for a roommate (Paris city center) – Beginning of August

My name is François and I am looking for a nice flatshare for the start of the academic year.
I am starting my second year of Master's studies at ENS e, I am used to shared accommodation, I have lived in several cities, including abroad, in Germany.
Mixed and/or international roommates don't bother me at all, on the contrary, I love the diversity of profiles!
What I'm looking for:
Budget: €800 maximum, all inclusive (charges, internet, etc.).
Available: immediately
Location: In Paris within the city limits, ideally in lively and vibrant neighborhoods so you can go out and enjoy yourself.
My vision of the roommate I enjoy sharing convivial moments (drinks, impromptu meals, movie nights) as much as respecting everyone's privacy and peace and quiet. Logistically, I'm clean, organized, and respecting shared spaces is second nature to me.
