I am looking for a pied-à-terre in Paris exclusively within the city limits, as part of my professional activity.

👩‍💼 Who am I?

As a human resources professional and coach, I divide my time between Paris and Burgundy.
Sociable, dynamic, careful and respectful, I like exchanges, conviviality, but also the calm and independence of each individual.

🏡 I am open to several options:
A furnished room in a private home.
A private room in a shared apartment.
A studio or small independent apartment.
Accommodation in exchange for services: reassuring presence, occasional help, small daily services, according to needs and within a defined framework.
A shared accommodation to be created with one or more people sharing the same mindset.

📍 Location: Paris proper (75001 to 75020). I am not looking in the suburbs or on the outskirts of Paris.

💰 Maximum budget: €750 per month, including charges, to be adjusted according to the proposed formula.

I am primarily looking for a pleasant, clean, quiet and well-connected place, with a private space to sleep and recharge.
