PhD student looking for shared accommodation

Good morning,

I am starting my thesis at Paris and is looking for a shared apartment where it's pleasant to live. I have quite demanding hours and do very little telecommuting, so I'm looking for an apartment where if we bump into each other in the morning we can chat over coffee.
Ideally I am looking in the 19th, 10th, 18th, lower Montmartre (Pigalle) or Ménilmontant district.
I have already lived in a shared flat so I know how it works, I don't smoke and I don't have a pet: but I love our animal friends.
