Hello,
I are looking for a tenant to rent out a room in Paris. This is a shared apartment with a female tenant, a student. I are looking for someone to rent a room that is 15sq meters from April 1st to end of December 2026. The living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilets are all shared between both tenants. This apartment is a less than 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and has many nearby grocery stores like Carrefour, Monoprix, and Intermarche.
