A large room in a shared apartment with another woman

I am looking for an open-minded, serious and reliable woman to replace me in a large two-person shared apartment:

between January 6 and 23
from March 1st to April 31st

In a beautiful 18th-century Haussmannian building, with a superb concierge, the’apartment The 100Mé apartment is located on the 5th floor without an elevator and is bathed in light.

This is a large bedroom with two large windows opening onto a large balcony (sunny outdoor table) furnished space with a queen size bed, wardrobe and drawers with its own private bathroom (the washing machine is shared) and sharing an office room, a kitchen, a toilet and a double living room.
The space consists of three bedrooms (one of which is closed during your stay and the other occupied by my roommate) and 2 entrance doors.

The rent is 950 Euro(s) including all taxes per month with a receipt provided (charges, heating, electricity, Internet included)

The lively Goutte d'Or district offers several supermarkets within walking distance, bars, restaurants, markets, Sacré Coeur and Montmartre, the Flea Market, etc. Accessible by metro lines 2 (La Chapelle), 4 (Barbes and Chateau Rouge) or 12 (Marquadet Poissoniers and Max Dormoy) and numerous bus lines.

Desired profile:
– A woman open to the world, zen and calm, respectful of places…
– for a minimum period of ten days before January 24th AND a minimum of one month during the March/April period
– No housing benefit because I'm subletting my own room during my trip.
