Let me introduce myself: I'm Mexican and I work as an IT consultant. You will share the’apartment with me. I am a calm, organized, independent and clean person, and I am looking for a respectful, independent and careful person to occupy the room during this period.

📍 The apartment is fully furnished and all charges are included (water, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi).
🛏️ The room is private; the common areas (kitchen, living room, bathroom — separate shower and toilet) are to be shared.
💶 The price is €980 per month, adjusted proportionally according to the length of stay.
