Our prices do not only include rent, utilities, electricity and water. Many benefits are included in the price, such as a common shopping budget, adapted to the number of roommates, as well as monthly joint dinners, significantly reducing monthly expenses. The offer is enriched with personal Netflix and Canal + accounts, plus privileged access to Gymlib. Peace of mind is assured with 2x per week housekeeping and maintenance available 24/7.
