I am leaving my shared accommodation and am therefore looking for my future replacement to take over as soon as possible pretty bedroom bright with a view of the Ourcq canal in a apartment quiet and spacious located on avenue de Flandre, 2 minutes from the Riquet metro and close to all amenities (Parc de la Villette, la Rotonde, le CentQuatre, Emmaüs, etc.)
Rent: €730 + Charges: €83 (Internal, electricity & home insurance)
