I-1- The district/General description
– 17th arrondissement near Place des Ternes
– Chic, quiet area but close to many shops/supermarkets/restaurants/bars…
– 10 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe
– 10 minutes walk from Parc Monceau
– Transport:

– Quiet and bright apartment overlooking courtyard
– 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 entrance, 1 bathroom/WC
– 45 m2 apartment, but I have the small one bedroom so the room in the ad is rather large
– Room dimensions: a little over 13m2 (4m*3.3m approximately)
I-2- Furniture:
– Room: Unfurnished
– Living room: To furnish: I will take care of it quickly, participation of the roommate encouraged
I-3- The rules/privileges of the apartment:
– Evenings allowed within reason (to respect the neighbors)
– Everyone lives their own life, but we can meet up in the living room to chill out (I spend a lot of time there (my room is much smaller than the one I put on the ad))
– Respect for the personal life of others
– Smoking apartment
– Friends welcome at any time
– Friends welcome but in a reasonable manner
II – The administrative
– Price: 950 euros, excluding charges
– Duration: 6 months minimum
– Deposit: 750 euros
– Documents to provide:
o For an employee:
 Last 3 pay slips
 Employer certificate certifying that the employee is in CONTRACT indefinite, not on trial, nor resigned
 Identity document
 Joint and several liability signed by both parents with their identity document + RIB
o For a student:
 Identity document
 Copy of student card
 Joint and several surety signed by both parents with their identity document + RIB + proof that they receive income representing 3 times the amount of the rent to be paid
III – A little about me

– Computer engineer (not representative of my personality)
– Passions: Cinema, Cinema, Cinema, Music, then the rest of the arts in general
– Music genre: Rap (especially US, not too much French Rap, sorry), punk rock, blues, soul, RNB (when it's done well), industrial techno for crazy nights, but otherwise quite open-minded (just no metal, sorry)
– What I do outside of work: watch stuff (films, series, stand up, documentaries, UFC fights, random stuff on Youtube), chill in parks/on the docks, poses/evenings with friends in an apartment or in a good dance bar (superso/AG/International), or at a rave, sport, working on my short film
– Sports: Bodybuilding at the House (pull-up bar, kickboxing punching bag, dumbbells available)
