Sunny and quiet apartment in the Antwerp district

Hello everyone !
I am opening my apartment to shared accommodation from the end of February 🙂

I live in this apartment for over 6 years, including a little over a year solo.
I have very little experience with shared accommodation, but I want to give it a try!

The apartment is basically unfurnished, but I have furnished it almost entirely "tastefully" (I hope haha).
Only the bedroom to furnish.
It is extremely bright because it is on the 5th floor, not overlooked, with a living room + open kitchen facing due west.
There is no elevator, it works well for the cardio 😉
The rooms overlook the courtyard and are therefore very quiet.
The bathroom is large and has a bathtub. The toilet is separate.

The building is also very quiet and the area is great (Antwerp) (lots of bars and nice restaurants).

In my opinion, it's really a gem and that's why I can't see myself leaving it!
