Good morning, bedroom Room for rent in a Parisian shared apartment on the border between the 16th and 15th arrondissements. Available from the beginning of January.

Desired profile: +25 years old, little or no teleworking.

Furnished 70m² shared apartment with large, well-equipped common areas (dishwasher, washing machine). The room in question is adjacent to the living room and separated by soundproof curtains. Therefore, the rent for this room is lower than that of the other rooms (€751.68 for this room versus €817.10 for the others). If interested, I may be willing to sell you some of the current furniture at a reasonable price.

The two other roommates, Pierre-André (29 years old) and Tristan (27 years old), who work in audiovisual production, are very friendly and careful about keeping the place tidy.’apartment and respect for everyone's personal space.

I am leaving the apartment at the end of December, feel free to contact me if you are interested in arranging a visit and a meeting with your future roommates.

The owner is quite flexible regarding paperwork and to give you an idea, the electricity/home insurance/internet charges are 40 euros per person per month.

Neighborhood: Quiet residential area. Close to all amenities (3 Franprix supermarkets, 1 Carrefour supermarket, and 1 Monoprix supermarket), 15-minute walk to the Beaugrenelle shopping center, 3-minute walk to the Seine riverbanks, and 5-minute bike ride to the Eiffel Tower. 5-minute walk to metro line 10 (Mirabeau station) and 9-minute walk to the RER C (Javel station) and metro line 9 (Jasmin station), as well as 3 Vélib' bike-sharing stations and numerous bus stops nearby.
