Room for sublet in Montreuil - Croix de Chavaux Intermittents friendly

Good morning,
I propose my bedroom sublet in Montreuil starting June 20th. It is available for a few months, with the possibility of staying long-term. The rent is €530 per month from June to August (summer rate), then increases to €830 from September (normal rent) if you wish to stay long-term

L'apartment is a 140 m² loft on two floors, completely renovated. It is located in a former industrial building, 100 meters from the Parc des Guillands and 500 meters from the Croix de Chavaux metro station (line 9), in a very quiet street.

The main room is approximately 65 m². It includes a large, well-equipped open-plan kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher), a bar area with a high table, a lounge area with a video projector, and a dining area with a round table.

The room I'm subletting is upstairs. It's about 20 m², has a sloping ceiling, is fully furnished, and has a queen-size bed. Please note: like all the rooms in the apartment, it only has skylights (this one has two).

You will share the apartment with three roommates: Genna (35 years old) is a bookbinder, Sylvain, 37 years old, is a steadicamer, and Martin, 31 years old, is a gallery owner.

Finally, a cleaner spends two hours a week maintaining the common areas, which helps keep the apartment always clean and pleasant.
