Hello! I am subletting my bedroom from July 29 to August 20, in a shared accommodation of 3 musicians in Paris Villette Gate.
L'apartment is large, bright and planted with trees (see photos), and the shared accommodations are nice and clean. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
It's next to the trains, but the windows are soundproof. It's 90m2, and the bedroom is 13m2, with a desk and a large double bed.
My rent is 650 euros, so for 22 days I calculated 475 euros.
I would need to meet you first, just to see if it works.
