OUR roommate Luc has just finished his studies and is leaving us for new adventures far from Paris.

🛏️ THE BEDROOM : A dozen square meters, with a double bed, plenty of storage space and bedding included. Storage cupboards available.
A cleaning service is included, once a week, bath and bed linen are included

📍 THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Aubervilliers, in a quiet street (rue du Tournant). 5 minutes walk from the new Mairie d'Aubervilliers and Aimé Césaire metro stations (line 12). 10 minutes by bus (20 minutes on foot) from RER B Plaine-Stade de France. 3 Vélib stations 3 minutes walk away. Nearby shops (Auchan, Monoprix, etc.). The canal right next to us (perfect for aperitifs with roommates in the summer). L'apartment is in a brand new building, on the first floor (with elevator).

🤩 THE ROOM: Eugénie (24 years old), Pierre (26 years old), Izzana (30 years old), Aurélien (22 years old) + you soon. Everyone is friendly.
Here we are clean, we respect the common areas (a cleaning lady comes by once a week). We enjoy sharing aperitifs, meals and evenings with roommates: so joy and good humor are part of it! Beyond the festive moments, between roommates we can go climbing, watch a film, play a board game, just drink tea and chat…
Not everyone eats vegetarian or vegan but some roommates do, so any diet is respected (and appreciated 😘) here.

💰 RENT: €695 all taxes included, eligible for APL, lease individual, home insurance.

🏠 COMMON AREAS: a living room with sofa, TV, a fairly large fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, storage cupboards, complete crockery, kitchen utensils, hotplates, etc.), a washing machine , 2 WCs and a small balcony to share together.
