In a large apartment 140 m2 duplex, located on the 5th and last floor, at the foot of the Butte Montmartre (Paris 18th arrondissement), I rent a bedroom 7 m2 (9 m2 on the ground, attic).
The room has been refurbished.
It is fully equipped with the following furniture: bed (80 X190), bedside table, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, trash can, chair, shelves, lamps, modern radiator, hooks for clothes and shoes.
Bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and bath towels are provided.
A shower room including a sink with cupboards, a shower, a WC, is shared with the other roommate.
Outside the bedroom, a large living room (50 m2) including a library, a grand piano, a lounge area, a veranda overlooking the gardens and a fully equipped open kitchen.
The entire ground floor of the duplex (which is on the 5th floor) represents approximately 90 m2.
The apartment is very pleasant, overlooking a patch of greenery, calm, bright, well soundproofed (for the exterior).
The area is very lively with many bars, cafes, restaurants and also many shops.
Access to the Place du Tertre is a 2-minute walk away (for those who climb the steps without stopping).
Metros: Jules Joffrin or Lamarck Caulaincourt (line 12), Château Rouge (line 4) and Barbès Rochechouart or Anvers (line 2).

I am a co-owner and I live and work upstairs in the Duplex (6th floor). I go down to the ground floor (5th floor) to prepare and eat my meals.
The apartment is inhabited by a total of 3 people (the 2 roommates and myself).
Wifi (which comes from a fiber optic connection) is accessible.
The roommate sought is A WOMAN, aged around 35 years minimum, of European nationality, employed: calm, careful, respectful, communicative, NON-SMOKER, no animals, aware of the themes of ecology, global warming, etc. wishing to share a flat for a rather long term (at least 1 year).
The other roommate is a young woman in her thirties who will return to the shared accommodation in June.
Plan 2 interviews: one with the co-owner, the other with the roommate.
The price of renting the room is: €650, with €50 charges.
Internet included, water, electricity… everything is included.
