Hello, Urgent ! I am searching for) roommate from July.
A apartment very bright 42 m2, located in the middle of the 17th, Batignolle metro La Fourche. It is not fully furnished in the bedroom, a bed is missing but there is storage. The living room is already furnished by me.
it's on the 5th floor Close to transport, Bus, Metro L.13: La Fourche and L.14: Cardinet, Tram, RER and close to almost everything, lots of shops around.
The apartment is to share with me, my name is Linda, I am 28 years old, recently graduated from decorative arts from Paris, I am rather independent and preferably I am looking for an active person, it is suitable for both medium and long periods. 🙂

As specified in the advert, I need someone who can make a financial commitment starting in July, because I need to be able to share this month's rent.
The rent is 800 euros including electricity/gas and wifi and home insurance.
July rent + bail (800th) to be given upon handing over the keys. .
