Shared accommodation in Paris 10th arrondissement

A bedroom frees itself in our apartment rue Philippe de Girard, between Louis Blanc and Lachapelle in the 10th arrondissement.
I'm looking for someone for the beginning of July!

The apartment is large, warm and very bright, and well located near several metro lines (2, 7, 5, 4) and RER (Gare de l'Est, Gare du Nord), as well as several very nice shops and restaurants. It is also 5 minutes from the Canal St Martin and the Canal de l'Ourcq.

The apartment is nearly 60 m2 and consists of a large furnished living room with an open kitchen and two balconies. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher). There is a large bathroom with a washing machine and a dressing room between the two bedrooms.
The available room measures approximately 12 m2 with balcony, small bathroom (shower and sink) and has a double bed and a desk.

My name is Emilie, I'm 31 years old and I work in the cultural sector. Originally from the South of France, I like music (rock, metal, electronic…), graphic design, sewing / DIY, puzzles and many other things 🙂
I am accompanied by the 3rd roommate : Daho, big, calm and gentle cat!

I'm looking for someone between 30 and 35 years old for a long-term shared apartment. An easygoing and independent person who enjoys spending quality time with roommates, as well as spending quiet time on their own.
