Large room for sublet in the 19th arrondissement

I propose a bedroom subletting in a large apartment has Paris, In the 19th arrondissement. For February-March (dates flexible). The apartment is 82m², the room in question is 33m² and is furnished with a 160x200cm bed, a small desk, and a sofa bed. Shelves will be provided for storage, and there is plenty of open space.
There are two roommates who manage a jazz club in the 13th arrondissement; they are rarely in the apartment.
My roommate has a very calm cat that rarely leaves its room, it is not disturbing.
I don't have any pictures to publish, we can organize visits without any problem.
The rent is €650, I will cover the electricity.
There is no living room, but a spacious kitchen with a dining table, and a large bathroom with a bathtub.
It is a smoking apartment, also in the kitchen, but it is not a problem in the bedroom.
