I am offering for rent a bedroom in my apartment located in Ivry-sur-Seine, at the gates of Paris (less than 10 minutes from line 7 – in 30 minutes to Chatelet), for people present on an occasional basis (freelancers, business trips, etc.).

The apartment is pleasant, bright, with a lovely sunny terrace 🌿
Kitchen, living room, bathroom and terrace are to be shared with me.

My name is Julia, I'm 36 years old and I'm an urban planner. Used to living in a shared apartment, I'm quite independent and often on the go, but always up for sharing a meal or a drink from time to time!

The room:
• An ultra-comfortable 160cm bed and a wardrobe
• Bright, private room with lock
• Bed linen and towels provided

Terms :
• €500 all inclusive / month (electricity, gas, internet, etc.)
• Ideal for a few days a week or up to two consecutive weeks per month – The room is entirely yours with the possibility of leaving your belongings on site.

Availability:
• Available now and in the coming months
• Exception: two weeks in June (weeks of June 1st and 22nd) when the entire apartment is rented
→ Possibility of leaving your belongings in a secure room
→ Price adjusted to €250 for this month
