I would like to rent a bedroom several days each month to the same person in my apartment, located in Pantin, 5 meters from the Canal de l'Ourcq.
The apartment is large (69 square meters) and quiet, with a living room, open kitchen and balcony. There is a second bedroom (in which I sleep!).
Hoche metro station, RER E Pantin, Delphine Seyrig tram, a stone's throw from a Vélib terminal, numerous shops, a swimming pool and the 104 cinema.
Price: 30 euros / night. Schedule to be discussed together.
I'm 36 years old, a teacher and aspiring actress. I have a busy schedule, so I usually go to bed and get up early, so I appreciate the peace and quiet!
