Bedroom of approximately 11m², living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets. Fully equipped with household appliances: dishwasher, oven, washing machine.

Accommodation located close to the train station and transport (transilien N, buses 189 and 191).

Accommodation close to bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, medical offices, and gym.

A cellar and a bicycle storage room are also available.

Rent of 760€ charges of 60€. This is a joint lease.

The other two roommates are young, working people and students.

We are looking for someone from 01/02/2024 to August 2024.

Visits possible on site during the week in the evening from 6:00 p.m.
