Subletting from July 19th to August 29th

Hello!
I sublet my apartment 24m2 located between Place de Clychie and Fourche on the border of the 17th and 18th arrondissements from July 19th to August 29th, at 700 euros per month, so obviously the rent is adjusted pro rata according to the time you stay.
On the 4th floor with no elevator
The sofa is a sofa bed, a double bed, with an oven and induction hob, everything you need for cooking, and of course, a fridge. It's equipped with a large fan that cools the apartment well, and it has the advantage of cross-ventilation thanks to a window overlooking both the street and the courtyard. The living room gets plenty of natural light; it's a bright apartment.
There is also a washing machine and dryer in the apartment!
