Room or apartment since January

I am a young active Italian woman, I am 30 years old 🙂 I am going to settle in Paris Since January/February. I'm looking for a room in a shared apartment or a longer stay since midday January ideally (but I'm flexible).

I have several experiences living in shared accommodation in France and Italy. I'm a very easygoing person and would like a house with a friendly atmosphere (a few beers or dinner together) and respect for each other's spaces. I speak some French, English, and Italian.

I'm looking in the 14th or 20th but I'm flexible.
