I'm looking for a room to rent

I am an Argentinian musician, I am going to stay in France for a year to learn French, I currently know very little about the language and culture, I have just arrived!
I am a very respectful, orderly and clean person, I have a disciplined routine, I like to play sports, eat well and have free time.
I am celiac, so I pay very close attention to the cleanliness of the kitchen and I am looking for understanding and tidy roommates.
