PhD student looking for shared accommodation

Good morning,

I am starting my thesis at Paris And looking for a roommate where life is good. I have fairly long hours and do very little TT so I am looking for a apartment where if we meet in the morning we can chat over coffee.
Ideally I am looking in the 19th, 10th, 18th, lower Montmartre (Pigalle) or Ménilmontant district.
I have already lived in flatsharing So I know the ropes, I don't smoke and I don't have any pets: but I love our animal friends.
