Due to the departure of my roommate, the 2nd bedroom the roommate gets free!
L'apartment is 76 m2 with a large entrance, a corridor which serves separate toilets, the bathroom and the 2 bedrooms. There is a large dressing room in the hallway. Separate kitchen and living room. The living room is 48 m2.
The apartment is very bright and functional. Unfurnished and APL eligible.
5 minutes walk from line 13 (La Fourche and Guy Moquet), around ten minutes walk from line 14 (Pont Cardinet) and line 2 (Place de Clichy).
No smoking.
Who I am :
– Sports fan, to do but also to watch -> match evenings and biathlon afternoons on the program, go blues
– I work at the AP-HP, I do statistics on doctors. Another passion: talking about data and public hospitals (fuuuun)
- I like cheese. Cheese is life.
– There are Jean Jacques Goldman and Céline Dion in my playlist.
