I'm flexible regarding location, as long as it's accessible by public transportation. I am prepared to commit for a long period, as long as the agreement is beneficial for all parties.
I don't smoke and I don't have pets. I prefer a clean and well-maintained environment. Access to a kitchen and bathroom would also be appreciated.
